Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Toolsium at https://toolsium.com/ (the "Site") operated by Toolsium ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
2. Description of Service
Toolsium provides a collection of free, browser-based online tools including, but not limited to, calculators, unit converters, text manipulation tools, developer utilities, and generators (collectively, the "Tools"). All Tools operate entirely within your web browser using client-side JavaScript. No data you enter into the Tools is transmitted to or stored on our servers.
The Tools are provided free of charge and are supported by advertising revenue from third-party ad networks, including Google AdSense.
3. Tools Provided "As Is"
The Site and all Tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Warranties that the Site or Tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content, information, or results provided by the Tools.
You use the Site and the Tools at your own risk. We are not responsible for any decisions made or actions taken based on the output of any Tool.
4. No Warranty on Accuracy
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our Tools, we do not guarantee that the results produced by any Tool are accurate, complete, or up to date. The Tools are intended for general informational and educational purposes only.
Specifically:
- Calculators: Results are based on standard mathematical formulas and the inputs you provide. They should not be used as a substitute for professional financial, medical, legal, or other specialized advice.
- Converters: Conversion factors are based on widely accepted standards but may not account for all edge cases or specialized applications.
- Text Tools: Text processing results depend on the input provided and the algorithms used, which may not cover every possible use case.
- Developer Tools: Output should be validated independently before use in production environments.
- Generators: Generated content is produced algorithmically and should be reviewed before any critical use.
You should always verify important calculations and conversions using authoritative sources or consult qualified professionals when making significant decisions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Toolsium, its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
- Personal injury or property damage.
- Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any Tool output.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
- Any interruption or cessation of the Site or Tools.
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Site.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, including negligence, breach of contract, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed one hundred US dollars ($100.00).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and be enforceable.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Toolsium regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
